- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the impact of our initiatives.
- Maintain stewardship of existing donors, expressing sincere gratitude for their vital support.
- Work alongside the development team to organize and implement fundraising events.
- Analyze fundraising data and consistently track progress towards established goals.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 6 years of fundraising experience, ideally in a non-profit context.
- Proven success in securing major gifts and building strong donor relationships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
